Eligibility

¨C HMF closed-end leases (available at lease

inception only, with lease terms up to 60 months) ?

¨C New Hyundai vehicles and untitled demonstrators

with 24,000 or fewer kilometres leased through

HMF

Damage, wear and tear may occur

¨C Customer returns vehicle to dealer

¨C An independent inspection is performed

Exclusions?

¨C Hyundai Motor Finance (HMF) waives

qualifying charges

¨C Plan does not waive any excess kilometre charges

once the excess km is over 1,000km at lease-end

¨C Damage resulting from mechanical / electrical

breakdown (e.g. brakes are not covered by the plan)

¨C Customer receives final, adjusted statement

¨C Plan does not repair vehicles or reimburse

customers for repairs
