Dear Central Dauphin High School Students and Families,We hope you are all doing well during these uncertain times. We have been thinking of you and hope that you are keeping busy and staying healthy and positive. It’s important to practice mindfulness to take care of yourself.? Be sure to continue to get lots of sleep, go outside to get fresh air, and continue to eat healthy.? Create a ‘to do’ list for each day and follow a daily routine. Get up, get dressed and get going! Please take time to view your School Counselor’s webpage as well as the Welcome Page on the Guidance Office website. We will be updating the Guidance Office webpage often to provide activities and learning opportunities that positively impact academic, social/emotional and career development of all students. In addition, counselors across the district have collaborated and created a document that has many resources for you and your families.
