On 02/06/ 12 at approximately 14 13 hours, 1 r esponded to 1540 Retreat View Cir in reference to a burglary. Upon arrival I made contact wilh

Tatiana Dcamicis (victim), who provid ed a sworn writ ten s tat ement of the followin g information:

On 02/06/ 12 at approxima tely 1410 hours, Dcamicis returned to her residence (1540 Retreat View C ir) and noticed that the screen was missing

from the front kitch en wi ndow and that t he window was open (entry point). S he then noticed that her sliding glass door in the rear of the residence

was a lso open (exit point). Deamicis then went up stairs to her bed room and saw that her laptop (Macbook Pro compu ter modal number A1278,

seria l number WQ022R5PATM. Va lu e $3000.00.) was missing a long with a gold necldess from the dining room lab lc. Deamicis did not sec any one

break into her residence or lake any items. The last time Dcamicis saw her residence untouched was on 02/06/ 12 at approximately 1230 hours.

Dca micis advised that no o ne had permission to break int o her residence or take any belong ing and she wants to press charges. It shou ld be not ed

that there was no forced ent ry, due to the fact that Dcamicis left her kitchen window unlocked.

I then made contact with lain Beard and Arnold Arrns (w itn esses), who both provided sworn written statements of the fo llowing information:

Beard a nd Arms both stated that on 02/06/12 at ap proximately 1400 hours, they saw a blacl< male adult (wea rin g a ))lack shirt, blue jean s horts, and

black shoes) in the area of 1540 Retreat View Cir. T hey described th e black male as being in h is mid 20's, standing about 5'08" and weig hing

approximately 1801bs. Beard advised that he believed the black ma le 10 be the sa me person who stole his bicycle (Sanford case number

20 1250000485). They said that th ey saw th e black male standin g next to 1540 Retrea t View Cir, however they did not sec him break into th e

residence.

I processed the scene for print and was able to lift some (.JB-1). The prints were turn ed into the Sanford Police Department for evidence.

There is no furth er information at this time. T his case is being forwarded to general in vest igations for further review.
