If you were enrolled with Anthem College-Maryland Heights or Anthem College-Fenton at the time the school closed, you are strongly encouraged to contact Midwest Institute at (314) 344-4440 for the Earth City campus or (314) 965-8363 for the Fenton campus and make an appointment to discuss options for continuing your education. If Midwest Institute is unable to assist you in completing your program of study, you may contact St. Louis College of Health Careers, Brown-Mackie College, Missouri College, Vatterott College, or another area school to explore options for completing your program.

Federal Student Loans

It is important for all students who borrowed federal student loans to contact their loan servicer. Please review the federal student aid website for details on options for students whose schools have closed without executing a teach-out agreement.

Tuition Options

Department staff contacted Anthem College supplemental loan provider Tuition Options on September 8, 2014. Tuition Options' policy regarding students unable to complete their program is available here.

Student Transcripts

Midwest Institute is the repository for the records of Anthem students who were currently enrolled when Anthem closed in August 2014. Those students may contact Midwest Institute at (314) 344-4440 to request a copy of a transcript.

The location of many student records for graduates of Anthem College-Maryland Heights, Anthem CollegeFenton, Allied College, or Al-Med Academy is unknown. Midwest Institute received some of these records when Anthem closed, but not all records from these institutions have been located.

As a first step, please contact Midwest Institute and request they search for your transcript. If Midwest cannot locate a copy of your transcript, Anthem College students must contact the International Education Corporation (IEC) at:

Information for former students of Anthem College-Kansas City

The Missouri Department of Higher Education & Workforce Development was provided some of the electronic transcripts for students enrolled at Anthem College-Kansas City. If you are unable to obtain your transcript from IEC at one of the contact numbers above, please complete a Student Record Verification Form and submit the document to the MDHEWD. If the MDHEWD has your transcript, staff will contact you regarding payment of the transcript fee.
