Lee High School Basketball Booster Clubs and the Sports Entertainment Association of Midland welcomes you to the 2015 Tall City Oilman’s Tournament. Just as in years past, we have worked to guarantee a great experience for student-athletes, coaches, parents, and fans alike. We are proud to feature quality teams from across the state which should make for a competitive and exciting tournament. We will be utilizing Midland High School as well as Robert E.
