Any interested provider, consumer, caregiver, or advocate is encouraged to participate! **The meeting date and location has been changed to accommodate an anticipated increase in stakeholder participation for this important event**. The 10:30 Planning Committee meeting will be followed three workgroup sessions for (1) Provider Network Development, Education and Member Services (2) Community and Cultural Responsiveness and (3) Care Management.
