Quizzes: Students will have 2-3 quizzes per unit graded out of 100 points. These quizzes will be multiple-choice assessments and warning will always be given prior to a quiz. Quiz retakes will be given in morning tutorials. In addition, students will take Exit Tickets on the back of their classwork trackers, and a quiz grade will be given based on Exit Ticket grades.

Projects: Projects will be assigned throughout the year on a wide array of topics. Projects are not optional, and will always be assigned ahead of time.

Tests: Tests will be given at the end of every unit to gauge understanding of the topics covered. Almost every test you take this year will have a Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing section.

Final Exam: There will be a Final Exam given in December and in May. You will have one final that covers Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing, and another that is called an Achievement-Based Final that will focus on things like vocabulary and grammar from the year. There is no EOCT in Spanish, but there is a SLO that will count toward your final grade in the second semester.

o Knowingly giving information from a test situation to another student

o Passing on definite answers to questions to someone who has not taken the test
