Varies by statePosition Summary As an Office Manager, you are responsible for general office duties, client management and billing, daily operations for meal preparation, and other responsibilities for a non-profit organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be organized, dependable, have computer proficiency particularly with Microsoft Office and Quickbooks, and have a general compassion when working with senior adults. Time (%)Job Duties40General office duties such as responding to walk in and phone inquiries, filing, copying, preparing meal labels, route sheets, etc. 25Accounting and bookkeeping such as receiving and documenting all client fees, donations, fundraising receipts, etc. Use Quickbooks to manage client accounts and agency budget. 5Manage the office in a professional way. 5Ensure inventory, supplies (office, snacks, toner, etc.) are ordered and delivered/ pick up to ensure normal operations on a daily basis.5Assist with planning and organize agency special events and fundraising events. 5Maintain and organize the donor database to track all donations. 5Create reports for monthly Board Meetings. 10Perform other duties as assigned by Executive Director. 100%QualificationsStandardHigh School Diploma and office experience.Exemplary interpersonal skills with a positive attitude with respectful interactions with others. Extremely detail oriented, precise, organized and ability to work independently managing multiple projects simultaneously. Maintain confidentiality and discretion while working with senior adults.Ability to motivate and encourage volunteers, clients, and families dealing with the aging process.
