Please read carefully. If the author(s) only wish to contribute and present an abstract, they may do so. However, for most of contribution is normally a full paper and presentation. It is depending on Author(s) decision. Author(s) for selected paper to other IC-STAR journal’s affiliation should re-write and re-format as well as extended their article according to the journal’s requirement. Author may also be asked to submit the revised article to the journal’s submission system later. Before that, for the conference and presentation, all contribution should follow this full paper format. All articles must contain an abstract. The abstract text should be formatted using 10 point Times (or Times Roman, or Times New Roman) and indented 25 mm from the left margin. Leave 10 mm space after the abstract before you begin the main text of your article. The text of your article should start on the same page as the abstract. The abstract follows the addresses and should give readers concise information about the content of the article and indicate the main results obtained and conclusions drawn. As the abstract is not part of the text it should be complete in itself; no table numbers, figure numbers, references or displayed mathematical expressions should be included. It should be suitable for direct inclusion in abstracting services and should not normally exceed 200 words. The abstract should generally be restricted to a single paragraph and content of background, materials and methods, results and conclusions or future works.
