▪ Managing the Wisconsin Prescription Drug Monitoring Project (WI ePDMP).

▪ The ePDMP is a new tool to help combat the ongoing prescription drug abuse epidemic in the state of Wisconsin. By providing valuable information about controlled substance prescriptions that are dispensed in the state, it aids healthcare professionals in their prescribing and dispensing decisions.

▪ Working directly with Department of Safety and Public Service and Department of Health.

▪ Managing the product development, EHR integration, customer support, and leading the project team.

▪ In charge of release plan, quality, managing risks, and budget.

▪ Managed the following enhancement projects:

o Department of Transportation - Driver record applications for implementing Act33 of 2016(Interlock Limited License)

o Driver Vehicle Services – Practice Exam Mobile Apps (iOS and Android) Enhancements.

o Office of Administration -Employment Website Phase 2.

▪ Led complex and multi phased driver record application enhancement project which includes Individual Driver Record System, Business Account Driver Record System, Batch Driver Records System, and Real Time Driver Record System. Replaced data source (legacy system), Managed TPE (CCP and CDB) changes. Worked directly with wholesalers and coordinated UAT. This project started in 2016 September and completed on 6/18/2017; largest (in-terms of revenue) individual project in our portfolio for the PA Department of Transportation (PA DOT).

▪ Led team of four and successfully launched three of the agencies websites on/ahead of time.

2016

▪ Key member of the PMO and in charge of capacity and portfolio. Implemented new timesheet system, a capacity and resource planning model which is helpful for portfolio level planning and risk management.

▪ Played a key role in initiating two enterprise projects currently in the execution phase. Conducted requirement gathering, business analysis, wrote proposals, and built prototypes using Balsamiq mock-ups and Viso.

▪ Developed a capacity planning strategy that is aligned with team skills, application demands, and priority product road map features while facilitating development velocity. Maintained a consistent project management approach to ensure that the team delivering the 2016 project phase and approved enhancements have the proper resource allocation, full understanding of the business requirements, and a commitment to meet all deadlines and SLA requirements.

▪ Took initiatives to build a knowledge base and more subject matter experts through training in driver record portal.

▪ Managed 12% of projects for the overall PAI Portfolio (2016-17) in addition to the enhancement/ change request sub projects. Stream lined escrow process, documented, and transitioned to the development team.

2015

▪ Played a key role in PMO Office that delivered a comprehensive portfolio of 44 services to the Commonwealth of PA. Contributions included providing capacity planning, business analysis, program management, risk mitigation, and resource allocation assistance for a 30+ member cross-functional team while serving as the PM on driver record portal projects for the PA Department of Transportation (PA DOT).

▪ Achieved measurable improvements for PA DOT in application performance and UI by the hands-on management of a PM, software developers, and QA engineer at the project detail level which included reviews, testing, network scanning, penetration testing, accessibility testing, and load testing for each deployment.

▪ Adeptly coordinated weekly project update status meetings with Finance and other PA DOT stakeholders to keep this multi-year project initiative on track.

▪ Introduced PMI/ITIL best practices and contributed to building an enhanced service management plan.

2014

▪ Meticulous management of the Change Management process which required approvals by the Commonwealth Pennsylvania’s Change Advisory Board and a transparent impact assessment of the maintenance window. Represented PAI in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Change Advisory Board Meetings and maintained a stellar track record of changes for compliance.

▪ Implemented a custom work flow based automated Change Management and document approval process in JIRA. Facilitated weekly PAI internal Change Advisory Board Meetings.

▪ Met the challenge of reconciling three years of financial reporting data by fixing errors in the billing and reporting system which satisfied a key project deadline.

▪ Process Improvement analysis revealed duplicate billing of third party vendor(call-experts) and saved PAI’s thousands of dollars.

▪ Involved in the business development process and researched NIC’s application database. Identified potential and quick win applications fit for PAI. Collected more details from the respective portals. Event Registration, MyEvents2Go, DMVA donation application, Campaign finance application are approved and implemented. 30+ applications/services proposed to Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for their consideration from NIC application database. Applications that were already utilized by other States building similar systems with other units within our parent company(NIC).

▪ A variety of inspection applications were analyzed and a business proposal was prepared. Delivered a demonstration of three inspection applications to Department of Labor and Industries executives.

2013

▪ Contributed to developing and testing portal.

▪ Business analysis on PA Business Registration and conviction monitoring project proposal.

▪ Prepared high-level functional analysis document for 80+ agency websites. This document became instrumental for migration program’s planning and estimation and received appreciation from both internal and external stakeholders.
