Centene Learning Center: Reset Your User Password

1. Navigate to the Centene Learning Center site.

2. Select the Forgot your password? link.

3. Enter your username, which is usually your NPN.

4. Select the Search button.

5. You will see a confirmation message. Click the Continue button.

6. Navigate to your email inbox. You should find a Change password confirmation email.

7. Click the link in the email. You will be directed to a page showing the password requirements.

8. Click the Redeem Passkey button. You will be directed to a page where you may enter a new password.

9. Enter your new password twice, then select the Save changes button.

10. You will receive a confirmation of the password change and can selectthe Continue button to be directed to

your dashboard.

11. Select the Click here to read more content link.

12. Click the here link to navigate to the AHIP site.

13. You will be directed to your profile page, where you can scroll down and enter a new password.

14. At the bottom of the page, you must agree to the Privacy Statement and Legal Terms of Service.

15.Once you have confirmed everything is correct, select the Register button.

16. You will see an account confirmation page with your AHIP username. Click the Continue to Home button to

navigate to the AHIP dashboard.
