Pursuant to paragraph 3.1.6 on page 12, the Department hereby exercises its option to remove the following line items from the contract effective September 17, 2019.

Line item 001 - Little Debbie Fudge Brownies Line item 002 - Little Debbie Fudge Rounds

Pursuant to paragraphs 3.1.2 and 3.1.3 on pages 10 and 11, the Missouri Department of Corrections hereby exercises its option to renew the following line items on the above-referenced contract w ith no price increase for the period of September 17, 2019 through September 16, 2020. The price for the new contract period is as follows :

Line item 003 - Little Debbie Star Crunch - $22.88 per case of 16 (13 oz.) boxes. Line item 004 - Little Debbie Zebra layer cakes - $22.88 per case of 16 (13 oz.) boxes

All other terms, conditions and provisions of the previous contract period shall remain and apply hereto.
