Support effective administrative monthly payroll of the state presidency staff in accordance to the HSS PFM policies.Under the directives of the HR director the Human Resources Clerk will support the Civil Service Commission (” CSC”) in the implementation of people-related services, policies, and providing information in relation to Human Resources issues CSC legislations. 2. Duties & Responsibilities Prepare, process, and review a variety of documents, such as job descriptions.Receive and answer phone calls and redirect them where necessary in relation HR departmental functions.Support the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments.Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms.File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partnersSupport and facilitate the completion of regular reports.Support and maintain a filing system within the HR department.Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders.Keep record expenses of the HR department and present when requested by the HR DirectorUndertake occasional receptionist duties when it is required.Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.Assist Photocopying, Printing and scanning services to the HR DirectorCarry out any other assignments requested by the HR Director3. Qualifications and experiences Diploma in Human resource/ BA or PA is desirable.2 years’ work-related experience obtained by working in the area of human resource or business in a public sector department or institution.4.
