Bug fix: When adding/editing an SQL field, if the SQL query is pulling two fields and they are both named the same thing in the query (e.g., "select a.value, b.value..."), then it will mistakenly overwrite the first value with the second value, thus making the drop-down values also be the same as their corresponding labels (rather than the actual desired value). ................
