|Alabama | |

|Alaska | |

|Arizona | |

|Arkansas | |

|California |No. Corporations currently have the option to file their required statement of information online. Limited Liability Companies will have the opportunity (not mandatory) |

| |to file online once our Enhancements are rolled out this summer. Currently, more than ½ of the Statements are filed online. |

| |corporations and all limited liability companies file biennial. |

|Illinois | |

|Indiana |no |

| |All business entity reports are on a biennial schedule. |

|Iowa | |

|Kansas |No |

| |annually |

|Kentucky | |

|Louisiana |Louisiana will start mandatory online filings on January 1, 2018 for all entities that are not located in a rural area (population 100,000 or under). |

| | |

| |Reports are filed yearly. |

|Maine | |

|Maryland | |

|Massachusetts |No, while most annual reports are filed electronically, it is not mandatory. |

| |Annual reports are filed once a year. The timing is dependent upon the entity type. |

|Michigan | |

|Minnesota |No |

| |Once every calendar year. |

|Mississippi | |

|Missouri | |

|Montana |In Montana we do not require mandatory online filings of annual reports. Although we have a very large percentage of annual reports being filed online, businesses are |

| |given the option to print a pre-filled annual report and mail it to us. |

| |In Montana annual reports are required to be filed on a yearly basis between Jan 1 and April 15. |

|Ohio |Ohio only requires biennial reports for professional associations and LLPs. At this time we do not require them to be filed online, but we are trying to make |

| |modifications to our process with the requirement letter to encourage online filings. We changed the letter and included an infographic on how to file online in 2016 for|

| |professional associations which resulted in 60% of reports being filed online. Prior to that, 2014 was the first year we had the online filing as an option and only 11% |

|Rhode Island | |

|South Carolina | |

|South Dakota | |

|Tennessee | |

|Virginia |Annual reports are not required to be filed online and they are, as the name implies, filed annually. |

|Washington |Not mandatory, but encouraged because they are cleaner records and less mistakes. |

| |Our reports are due annually during the anniversary month of filing for all entities. Several years ago they were all due 12/31 each year creating massive backlogs and |

| |months to catch up. Making it due during the anniversary spreads out the workload and makes it more manageable. Online filings are completed within 2 business days, paper|

| |filings within 10 business days on average. Our replacement system should speed up the turnaround time even more. |
