JOB SPECIFICATION:?STRATEGY AND PARTNERSHIPS MANAGER?OVERVIEW OF?REACH52?AND OUR WORK?reach52?is a social enterprise which aims to bring universal basic healthcare services to communities in low-access, developing regions through an innovative service model and technology platform. Our approach focuses on leveraging existing community facilities (such as shops, churches, schools etc) and people to use a key technology platform to help deliver basic healthcare services to their fellow citizens. This allows core health services to be distributed deeper into communities where traditional healthcare services are unable to reach (such as Barangay Health Centres), giving basic support locally but also providing a navigation service where patients are able to find local clinics, purchase affordable quality medication and microinsurance, understand financing options (PhilHealth, PCSO etc) and connect them to regional and national healthcare facilities.?OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE?reach52 has built a strong partnership network across healthcare, technology, government and business services organisations – and they have signed contracts with some of the world’s leading companies. The focus is now on delivery the core services, but there are many partner requests for growth and potential new opportunities to launch services, in key markets such as Philippines, Cambodia, India, Myanmar and Indonesia. This role will take on the strategy with regards to pursuing these opportunities from the CEO, as well as managing a pipeline of new opportunities, creating tailored solutions, proposals and managing the full sales cycle. Additionally, when this is quiet, the focus will shift to grant applications and generally managing the existing partner network (who donate time, resources and assets to further the reach52 mission).Title:?Strategy and Partnerships ManagerEmployment:?Full time with 6-month probation period?Start Date:?January 2020?Location:?Manila or?Singapore?Must have/be:?Be based in Philippines with right to be employed there?Reporting to:?CEO?ROLE SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES?The core role scope and responsibilities of the?General Manager?will be:?Create reach52 growth strategy with CEO, creating country profiles, stakeholder mapping and other research-based activities to inform reach52 expansion;Working with a range of partners to ensure they continue their support for reach52;Work with potential new clients in the Philippines, Cambodia and in new regions to create new solutions for them, as well as supporting proposals and quotes for reach52 services;Working on new solutions, modelling the resources needed, and pricing accordingly;Building new partnerships, clients and networks;Maintaining key contact list, managing mailing list and keeping them update on our activities.?PERSON SPECIFICATION?The ideal candidate will have:?2-5 years’ experience in strategy/business development/sales/solution development;Strong knowledge of healthcare sector (public, pharmaceuticals, digital health etc);Strong quantitative and qualitative skills. Excellent written communication skills.
