The clerk’s offices are closed until further notice, and e-filing in Small Claims matters is unavailable until further notice. Fax filing continues to be available in Small Claims matters. Litigants who cannot fax file are strongly encouraged to send documents via U.S. Mail. If you are unable to file by fax or U.S. Mail, the court has established drop boxes at courthouse entrances. How do I serve documents?The court has not announced any changes to the rules for service of process for Small Claims matters.Will mediation services be affected?
