It is also a valuable refresher course for experienced agents.Instructor Course 901Terry L. Rowe, RPLS, LSLS, PMP?is employed by Percheron Professional Services LLC and works in its’ corporate office in Katy, Texas. He currently serves as the Director of GIS and Mapping. Terry has over 30 years’ experience in surveying and project management throughout the country which provides a unique opportunity to understand the interdependence between right-of-way and land surveying. He has experience in creating plats in AutoCAD and Microstation, writing and reviewing legal descriptions, and boundary analysis in public land systems and colonial states. Terry holds a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Science degree from Lamar University, is a certified Adjunct Instructor with Lone Star College System, and a certified CLIMB Instructor with IRWA. He is a licensed Professional Land Surveyor in twenty-five states and has earned a Licensed State Land Survey (LSLS) license in the State of Texas.Location: Hilton Hotel and Conference Center, College Station, TX, July 31, 2019 8am – 5pm.
