The directory is being mailed to all subscribers of Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly. We estimate that roughly 30,000 lawyers will have it available to them as a reference. Firms that have the same number of attorneys are listed alphabetically.

3:30 P.M. ? Registration begins. 4:00 P.M. ? Craft your own mock civil and criminal opening statement from mock trial materials. Statements will be critiqued by

experienced American College Fellows in small groups (optional). 6:00 P.M. ? Watch four Fellows provide mock openings for a panel of judges, who will offer helpful commentary. 7:00 P.M. ? Watch brief presentations: "Cicero on Openings and the Harmonica" and "Hollywood Movie Clips on Opening Statements". 7:30 PM ? Join our networking reception and mix and mingle with Fellows.

Michael Keating is past Chairman of Foley Hoag's Litigation Department and has been the firm's leading trial lawyer for over thirty years. He practices extensively in both the federal and state courts and in 2011 he was named "Lawyer of the Year" by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly.

Joan Lukey, partner and practice group leader of the complex trial & appellate group at Choate, Hall & Stewart, has tried complex business litigation, employment, and other cases in state and federal court in Massachusetts and New Hampshire and nationwide for more than 30 years.

Pamela Robillard Mackey practices criminal defense and complex civil litigation as a shareholder at Haddon, Morgan and Foreman, P.C. in Denver, Colorado. Known for her defense of high profile clients, such as Kobe Bryant, Patrick Roy, Fred Mueller, Brandon Craig and Don Vito, she is formerly of the Colorado Public Defender's Office.

Peter A. Mullin is an Assistant Attorney General in the White Collar & Public Integrity Division of the Criminal Bureau of the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office. Prior to joining the Attorney General's office in 2007, he practiced for 32 years as a federal white collar crime prosecutor.

Paul Mark Sandler is a partner in the law firm of Shapiro Sher Guinot & Sandler, P.A., and is an active trial lawyer representing many notable clients in a wide variety of cases in state and federal courts. He is the author and co-author of numerous books including Anatomy of a Trial: A Handbook for Young Lawyers.

Karen Frink Wolf of Verrill Dana is known as go-to litigation counsel for physicians, hospitals and health care professionals, for whom she regularly achieves tremendous results at panel hearings, board reviews, and trial. Her professional liability practice is rounded out with defense of accountants, attorneys, and business professionals in court and before boards and ethics organizations.
