We are inviting interested applicants to submit their applications through email at recruitment.senatehrms@qmail or via courier addressed to HRMS Recruitment and Selection Unit of the Senate of the Philippines for evaluation ten (10) days upon notice. After such period, no application shall be entertained. Interested applicants should submit the following necessary documents to HRMS:

1. Letter of Application 2. Updated Personal Data Sheet (CS Form No. 212 Revised 2017, Notarized

with Work Experience Sheet) 3. Authenticated Transcript of Records/Diploma from the School Registrar 4. Authenticated CSC Certificate of Eligibility and /or other appropriate eligibility 5. POSITION DESCRIPTION

1. Serves as technical adviser to the Senate Secretary on matters pertaining to legislative matters.

2. Provides ready and immediate assistance to the Offices of Senators on matters referred to the Office of the Secretary (Proper) pertaining to legislative concerns.

3. Reviews all legislative documents which require the signature of the Senate Secretary.

4. Reviews communications coming from different offices under the Legislation Department.

5. Reviews and make necessary corrections in the preparation of the daily journal of plenary session, order of business and bills and resolutions pending before the plenary session prior to the approval of the Senate Secretary.

6. Performs other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

Assists in the review of administrative and financial documents submitted for action or signature of the Senate Secretary. 7. Acts on letters and requests from the public on various concerns for consideration of the Senate Secretary. 8. Prepares and drafts replies to communications. 9. Performs other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
