After completing both self-assessments and reflecting upon the results, in no more than two pages, critique and interpret your unique leadership persona and relate to examples from your life experiences. 4. Search the internet for another example of a leadership self-assessment tool. Post the weblink to this tool in the appropriate Bb area.
