Students from several colleges and universities will be involved in workshops and activities geared towards bringing out their leadership, team-building, interpersonal and negotiation skills and potential. In addition, students will have numerous opportunities to network and interact with Deloitte professionals of all levels. We can guarantee that our conference will be one of the most exciting and rewarding learning experiences you will ever encounter outside of the classroom!? Local Leadership ProgramThe Local Summer Leadership Program is a multi-session summer program for selected students that have demonstrated exceptional leadership skills combined with strong academic performance. Meetings will occur on weekday evenings which will allow students to participate in local summer internships elsewhere.? All formal sessions will be held in a local Deloitte office.? During these sessions, students will participate in workshops and team activities geared towards bringing out the leadership skills and potential of each participant.? All participants will be assigned a mentor.? Mentors will provide participants with general career and industry-related advice as well as insight into Deloitte.? Throughout the program, participants will be formally evaluated.? Based on these evaluations, an opportunity for future employment may be offered.?
