Dear Parents and Students:

We hope everyone is having a relaxing summer break! Please plan on attending Liberty High School's "Walk-Thru" registration. This is a mandatory event for students and at least one parent or guardian.

It is essential that the following procedures are followed: 1. A parent or legal guardian is present with their student. Students will not be able to attend without a parent/guardian. 2. All forms and personal information must be updated electronically by parent(s). 3. You will need an active Parent Portal account to access forms and personal information. If you have not created a parent portal account please see the back page of this letter for instructions to create an account. 4. To Begin the Walk-Thru Process

Sign all forms electronically Update all personal information including emergency contacts Complete and print out a copy of your student's Emergency Form and bring to

"Walk-Thru" 5. Incoming 9th grade students and students who are new to Liberty High School must bring two (2)

forms of identification (with current address) plus a government issued photo ID for residency verification. Residency verification is still required even if there is an older sibling at Liberty. No walk-thru without proof of residency.

A checklist of walk thru items is provided with this letter for your planning purposes. Students will be required to take their photo for student ID card and yearbook at walk-thru. School dress code applies and students not in compliance will not be able to take ID card/yearbook photos. Please see our dress code requirements in the Student Handbook online.

All parents/guardians are also encouraged to review and complete the enclosed form for the Free & Reduced Lunch Program. The program provides direct benefits to students and families as well as our school and district.
