Grade 2

NOTES:

1) Main Selections are “Literature Selections” – author will be included.

2) Three Selections are in the (SE) Student Edition: First Read, Main Selection, Paired Selection

3) Skills-Based Practice Readers – 4 titles per week: (A) Approaching Grade Level, (O) On Grade Level, (B) Beyond Grade Level, (EL) English Learner. All four Practice Readers are the same genre.

4) Wonders Content Reader Selections are all Non Fiction and are either (S) Science or (HSS) History Social Science) Each Selection includes pages from a Text Book and pages from Time for Kids.

5) Classroom Library Books (Optional Trade or Hard Cover Books - 3 Books per Unit)

6) Each Unit is 6 Weeks – 5 Weeks of new literature - Week 6 is Review and Assessment
