Scenario

This unit will help you look at your own personal identity and that of a partner. You can then discuss how you see yourself and how others do. This will help you to look at what determines your own personality and how it affects your confidence.

In small groups you will be given a topic to research eg, binge drinking, drug abuse, gang membership etc. You will present your findings and highlight how it affects self-esteem.

You will look at community projects or volunteer work and decide how this will suit your personality and plan how to go about joining.

Preparation

You will be put into pairs and given a table to complete on yourself and your partner. You will then discuss them and decide how these influence you.
