Local Government Ethics Law N.J.S.A. 40A:9-22.1 et. Seq.

Senate, No. 2027--L.1991, c. 29 -- The Assembly State Government Committee reports

favorably and with committee amendments Senate Bill No. 2027 [1R]. -- This bill would enact a "Local Government Ethics Law." This law would establish a statutory code of ethics covering the officers and employees of most local governments and their agencies and instrumentalities. It would also require certain officers of such local public entities to file financial disclosure statements.
