1 Go to myaccount

and click "Log In Now"

in to the new Orioles Account Manager, you will need to reset your password. To do so, click the Sign In/Sign Up tab at the top right-hand corner of the "Welcome to Your Orioles Account Manager" page.

associated with your Birdland Membership account and click SEND.

Check your email for a link to reset your password. Be sure to look in your clutter or spam folders if it does not appear in your inbox. Click the "Reset Your Password" link in the email you receive.

5 Enter the "New Password" you

would like to use for the 2019 season. You will need to confirm the password by typing it a second time in the field below. Click "Save Change."

6 Return to your previous

browser page and click the "Back to Signin" button. Then you can log in using your email address and new password. You will be required to review and agree to the Orioles Account Manager terms and conditions.

Any pending invoices will appear here.

7 At this stage, you have

successfully logged in and updated your password for your Orioles Account Manager.
