To assist NHS Test and Trace SHLTC will keep records via clubspark of attendees for 21 days.No equipment provided members to bring their own. Match balls will be provided for home league matches.Gel sanitizers available on court. Posters provided by the LTA on display at the venueClub house to remain closed only accessible for emergency first aid and for 1 person at a time to access the lights.Access gates to courts and club permanently open so no contact required.Supervision and spectatingWhere attendance of a parent / guardian (non-competitor) is required, it is permitted, but should be off court and limited to one per player where possible.Supporters, parents and other spectators should remain socially distanced whilst attending events.. Spectator groups must be limited to six person gathering limits and spread out, in line with Government advice.Members only allowed.Singles and doubles play allowed with members from outside your own household.Members reminded via website and email of the LTA guidance below regarding COVID 19 return to restricted play advice help reduce the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19) reminding everyone of the public health advice captains circulated with additional COVID 19 advice for winter 20/21 league matches.Coaches to follow their own risk assessment guidelines circulated to Directors prior to the commencement of the coaching programmeMembersMembers to use and monitored by SecretaryMembersMembers and visiting team players.
