Potential candidates may be unfamiliar with the role of the school nurse and/or lack awareness of and respect for school nursing as a viable and rewarding career option. Nurse leaders need an efficient and effective way to identify and educate appropriate candidates about pathways for becoming a school nurse.Generate potential solutions.
