Classic Baked Macaroni & Cheese (serves 12)

4 c shredded sharp Cheddar cheese . 1 ½ c breadcrumbs tossed with 4T melted butter . Cook macaroni following package directions. Drain in a colander and rinse with hot water; set aside. Spray a 9x13 baking pan. Heat oven to 350. In a saucepan, melt 8T butter over medium-low heat. Stir flour into the butter until smooth & bubbly. ................
