Your OTC benefit covers a wide range of items from toothpaste to vitamins. There are 3 ways you can use it.

A few helpful things to know

? Catalog prices cannot be combined with promotional offers or ExtraBucks? Rewards.

? You can only purchase 3 of a single item if you have a monthly benefit or 9 of a single item if you have a quarterly benefit. Blood pressure monitors, the pulse oximeter, and the digital body scale are limited to 1 per year.

? OTC items may only be ordered for an enrolled member. ? What you order cannot exceed your monthly or quarterly benefit amount. ? No returns or exchanges allowed. ? If you receive a damaged item, call OTC Health Solutions within 30 days to

get an identical replacement item. ? Some items may be not be available because of shortages related to

the pandemic.
