Please use a SSTESOL logo for your zoom background, go here and choose one: I suggest the “SSTESOL Conference Landscape” image ? All participants in the zoom session will be automatically muted. They will have chat function (ie. they can post a question). If the presenter wants to answer participants’ questions/comments; as co-host please read selected questions out for the presenter if directed to do so.? Presenters will not have the option to pre-prepare any zoom polls. I will let them know if they want to poll their audience, they need to prepare a kahoot. When the session ends at 29 minute mark, say thank you to presenter and direct audience to their next session by clicking on the appropriate Strand zoom link.Stop recording!!!!? Some Board members have presentations. Most are presenting in their own strand. There may be some who are not though. Here is the procedure:You will click on the link for the strand in which your presentation is located. YOU MUST USE YOUR NON-SSTESOL email address (if needed). Once you click on and join your presentation in the other strand, the HOST of the strand will give you co-host privileges (as explained in my video).Present away!Once you are done, switch emails to go back and join your STRAND (the one you are hosting).I have a substitute lined up who will look after your STRAND while you are in another strand presenting. So far the only three people needing to do this are Cynthia, Li-Lee and Tony (me). If you are presenting in a strand that is not your own…please let me know, so I can schedule that with the substitute. ................
