[Pages:2]To gain quick access to your OneDrive for Business account you can access your files stored in the cloud via your web browser, such as Google Chrome or Internet Explorer. This is also the preferred method if you are using a device that is not permanently yours, such as a classroom computer in a lecture theatre or a public computer in an Internet Caf?.

Logging in to your Office 365 account

Type into your web browser the following address: office365.mmu.ac.uk In the first box, type in: ID@ad.mmu.ac.uk (eg, 55123456@ad.mmu.ac.uk) In the second box, type in: your usual MMU password Click on the blue Sign In button

Once logged in you will see the Office 365 home page that displays square tiles in the centre of the screen.

Viewing your OneDrive for Business folder

Select the OneDrive tile.

Confirm any first run instructions and then you will be directed to your OneDrive for Business folder.

Any files that have already been synced with your OneDrive for Business account from other devices will be visible from within this webpage. You can also upload, download and edit your files from here, which is useful for when you need access quickly without having to connect your account with the device.
