Dec 03, 2014 · More than 6,500 undocumented immigrants in the state have signed up for appointments to take a written driving test, since the application opened Monday, according to the Department of Motor Vehicles. The written test is the first step in obtaining a Drive Only License, which will start being issued next year to those that qualify for the program. ................
