In order to create lifelong transformation, it is important to develop new “healthy habits” to replace our old habits that may not contribute to our health. Using the support tools that OPTAvia has to offer is vital to lifelong transformation. Without making changes, we know that 85% of people will put their weight back on and fall back into old habits! As you travel on your journey, please remember to approach OPTAvia different than any other “diet” that you have done in the past. You are doing an Optimal Well Being Program – not just a weight-loss program! We have so many tools available. I will work with you to find the best tools for you based on your time, your learning style and what’s going on in your journey. These tools are always available & we will work together at your pace to tap into them as you move through your journey. I have shared some of my favorites below, along with some helpful tips.Stay in contact weekly, more if needed, with your coach. Your coach is there for YOUR success. Your coach is nonjudgmental and will help you over the speed bumps on your journey. We all hit them! They are a part of the journey. Read the Habits of Health book, do the worksheets in the Companion Guide.
