During the design phase, our experienced team of engineers will collaborate with your staff to identify your company’s current and future requirements. After we arrive at the best-fit design, DCMC’s field engineers will work diligently to assure a smooth start up.

At DCMC, we go beyond just being a regional distributor. We have chosen the role of a value-added distributor. As a value-added distributor, our highly-qualified team of engineers will systematically evaluate your current configuration and make recommendations on specific electrical and/or mechanical parts which will improve the efficiency of your overall operation. This value-added consultation is drawn from a proven set of qualitative methods, and is provided in good faith that your company will employ DCMC in future projects.

Once the assessment is completed, one of our trained technicians will contact our partner manufacturers in order to locate the desired parts at a competitive price.

[Service & Repair]

As an extension of our role as a value-added distributor, DCMC also provides service and repair to a number of manufactured parts. In the region, we have partnered our business plan with ABB and since then acted as ABB’s Designated Service Station (DSS) for over 10 years.

Our expert Service & Repair technicians are extremely knowledgeable, and will gladly put their expertise to work as they troubleshoot your defective equipment. After understanding the problem, our service team will provide a thorough Repair Assessment. This FREE assessment takes into account the necessary procurement and labor involved in providing a quick turnaround on the equipment, resulting in the shortest downtime.

In fact, we are so confident in our ability to provide a solution for your defunct part that each serviced part that comes out of our Service Center is backed with a DCMC warranty.
