|Purpose of Role |To assist the Deputy Marketing Manager with marketing activity, with a focus on digital |

|Key Areas of Responsibility|Implementation of the monthly communication calendar: generating social media postings in collaboration |

| |with the Academic, Apprenticeship and Apprenticeship Teams |

| |Implementation of the website management plan: including |

| |content updates (dates, course fees, vacancies), |

| |content generation (resource blog posts) |

| |and back-end management (eg. SEO) |

| |Database management: activity tracking, compiling reference databases (eg. quotes approved for use in |

| |online and printed marketing materials) |

| |Print and digital collateral: coordinate the updating of materials with internal and external |

| |stakeholders |

| |Monitoring, tracking and analysis of company profiles and performance, legal and education market news |

| |and trends, and competitor activity |

| |Support the Deputy Marketing Manager in: |

| |the development of online campaigns |

| |the roll-out of key projects |

| |daily administrative and other tasks, as required |

| | |

|Customer Service |Deliver a high level of customer service in both written and verbal communication |

| |Deliver customer service in line with Customer Service Standards |

|Other Areas |Develop and maintain a detailed knowledge of all CILEx Law School’s courses, publications and |

| |apprenticeship programmes |

| |Undertake training consistent with developing skills relevant to those duties and responsibilities of the|

| |role. |

| |Undertake any other duties of a similar level and responsibility as may be required from time to time. |

|Person Specification |

|Qualifications Skills and Knowledge |

|Essential |Educated to graduate level or equivalent in marketing, or related field |

| |Demonstrable experience in digital marketing, including social media |

| |Previous experience using Wordpress or a website CMS |

| |Previous experience using Hootsuite or similar |

| |Excellent written communication skills, including strong proofreading |

| |Close attention to detail in all tasks and ability to multi-task and achieve very tight ‘same-day’ |

| |deadlines |

| |Good communication skills/team player |

| |Confident and friendly manner |

| |Excellent IT skills including MSWord, Excel and Powerpoint |

|Desirable |Experience in, or understanding of, the UK legal sector |

| |Knowledge of the legal training market |

| |Previous experience of using a CRM database, preferably Microsoft Dynamics |
