Box Tops/Labels Contest Ever want to roll out of bed and head right to school in your PJs? Send in your Box Tops and Labels for Education labels to school. Each classroom will have a collection box and the the classroom with the most

labels/box tops at the end of the contest gets to wear their pajama to school! The contest will start December 1st and run through January 31st. Lets see which classroom can collect the most!!

Visit the following websites for participating products and coupons...

Shop the Box Tops Online Marketplace

In more Box Tops news... if you are shopping for the holidays online, consider going through the Box Tops website "marketplace". Your online orders to websites including Gap, Target, Best Buy, Current, Expedia, Shutterfly, Lego, Disney and much, much more!!!

Here's how you do it... 1) Go to the website... 2) Type in your zip code and locate 'Mary Lou Cowlishaw Elementary PTA/PTO' from the list. 3) Create an account (name, birthday, email and password). 4) Go under the tab "Earn" and select "Shop Marketplace." From there you can see all the stores/catalogs available. 5) Select your store/catalog of choice and you'll be taken to their website. 6) Then, SHOP SHOP SHOP and your purchases will count as box tops for Cowlishaw!!

This is a great way to make money for the school without spending anything additional. Tell your friends, neighbors and family who are online shoppers as well. Together we can raise money to help the PTA programs for our school. Manna gift cards (available through Cowlishaw PTA) can be used online at some of these sites as well to increase your fund-raising efforts for the PTA.

If you have any questions or problems, please contact Katy Loo (ribbit2@). Thank you for your support!!

Manna Card Fundraiser

Due: Thursday January 12.

Please consider getting gift cards through the PTA to pay for your normal purchases. They don't have to be for gifts. Think of it as a credit card. For example: you're buying gas, paying at the pump and you're going to swipe a card. It could be your MasterCard or Visa, or a prepaid Speedway card for $100! The PTA earned $5 from your purchase of that $100 card. Don't think you'll remember to use it? Just keep it in the car. Need groceries? We all do! Get a card from Dominick's or Jewel and the PTA earns $5 from each $100 purchase. Don't think you'll remember to use a Jewel gift card? I keep that in my wallet behind the Jewel Preferred card.

Order forms are printable from the Cowlishaw website cowlishaw.. Click on "PTA" on the left side of the screen, then "Documents," and "Manna Order Form."

Gift cards will be returned on the following Friday in backpack mail when you mark the box on the form. If you prefer, they can be picked up at Jen Phelan's house on Thursday from 5:15 pm-7:00 pm or by special arrangement.
