| |Earlier this year, the topic of online filings was raised on this list and many great responses were received. I’d like to dig a bit deeper and am curious about the |

| |following questions for US jurisdictions: |

| | |

| |Do you currently support B-to-B (or B-to-G) XML* filing of annual/periodic reports (or your jurisdiction’s equivalent periodic renewal or statement of information |

| |filing)? |

| | |

| |If you do not currently support B2B XML for these filings, are you working on any system updates that may add support in the next year or two? |

|Manitoba | |

|Corporations Canada | |

|Alabama | |

|Alaska | |

|Arizona | |

|Arkansas | |

|California | |

|Colorado | |

|Connecticut | |

|Delaware | |

|District of Columbia | |

|Florida | |

|Georgia | |

|Hawaii |Hawaii does not have XML annual report filings. |

|Idaho | |

|Illinois | |

|Indiana |Indiana does not currently offer XML for business entity reports. It is on my list of improvements. I’m not sure of the timing at this point as we are getting ready to |

| |start other IT projects. However, I would like to see this addition within your suggested 1-2 year time frame, but I cannot make any promises. |

|Iowa | |

|Kansas |We offer XML for annual report filings. |

|Kentucky | |

|Louisiana |Louisiana does not offer bulk XML filings of annual reports at this time. I don’t believe there is any proposal to start looking at this within the next two years |

|Maine | |

|Maryland | |

|Massachusetts |Massachusetts accepts XML filings for Corporate Annual Reports. |

|Michigan | |

|Minnesota |Minnesota doesn't do XML for annual reports. |

|Mississippi | |

|Missouri | |

|Montana | |

|Nebraska | |

|Nevada | |

|New Hampshire | |

|New Jersey | |

|New Mexico | |

|New York | |

|North Carolina |North Carolina supports B-to-B XML annual report filings using IACA Standards. |

|North Dakota | |

|Ohio |Texas does B2B (XML web services) for UCC filings, but not for business entity filings. |

|Oklahoma | |

|Oregon | |

|Pennsylvania |Pennsylvania has B-to-B XML services for UCC, but not for business filings. We do have online filing for individuals/service companies but no B-to-B for business filings.|

| |I do not see B-to-B XML services for business filings happening within the next year or two. |

|Rhode Island | |

|South Carolina | |

|South Dakota | |

|Tennessee | |

|Texas |Texas does B2B (XML web services) for UCC filings, but not for business entity filings. |

Hello all,

Earlier this year, the topic of online filings was raised on this list and many great responses were received. I’d like to dig a bit deeper and am curious about the following questions for US jurisdictions:

Do you currently support B-to-B (or B-to-G) XML* filing of annual/periodic reports (or your jurisdiction’s equivalent periodic renewal or statement of information filing)?

If you do not currently support B2B XML for these filings, are you working on any system updates that may add support in the next year or two?

Thank you!

Ben

*If you don’t follow the IACA XML standard for business entity filings, perhaps your jurisdiction has another means of B2B filing such as an XML web service, EDI, etc. If so, please answer Yes to this question and clarify your method.
