The stamp of the university (which has awarded the qualification) will be accepted instead of the Ministry of Education stamp China and Singapore – The university stamp will be accepted instead of the Ministry of Education stamp (provided the stamp can be seen clearly on the sworn translation)The personal data contained in this document will be added to and dealt with in files at Pompeu Fabra University to manage the higher education public service which it provides. Consequently, this data will be used to comply with the functions which are derived from the relationship between the student and the University, as described in the Academic Management file creation resolution (dated 27th June, 2003) as well as the publication of UPF information, products and activities and the maintenance of institutional relations on the part of UPF (resolution dated 8th March, 2004). It is foreseen that access to third parties will only be allowed when authorised by law (General Treasury of the Department of Social Security), to other administrations for the exercise of equal competences or those dealing with the same matters (Department of Universities, Information Research and Society of the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport, University Co-ordination Council) and when it is necessary to develop legal relations with the interested party (banks for the payment of fees, Management Agency for University Assistance and Research).
