Ultra Slim 30 it is not a miracle weight loss fix. You must understand that you have to be willing to commit to lifelong changes in the way you eat and exercise to achieve and maintain a healthy weight.

In this manual, it is our goal to provide you some background on Ultra Slim 30, answer some frequently asked questions, and give you a detailed explanation of the diet. We are here to help you in any way we can to safely and effectively lose those unwanted pounds and inches.

Genetic Testing;

This science can help identify the specific genes that dictate how the human body processes carbohydrates, fats, proteins, and micronutrients. It defines how certain types of exercise affect the body, how lifestyle behaviors influence the aging process, and how unique metabolic and physiologic functions influence athletic performance.

Programs tailored to an individual's DNA have proven to be much more useful than one-size-fits-all programs because they take the guesswork out of health management. If you choose to do the genetic testing, please let the front desk know that you are interested. This test must be done before starting the Ultra Slim 30 program so that the results will be available when your 30-day plan is complete.

Muscle Support;

While on a strict Diet, these Amino acids will help support and maintain muscle integrity. Therefore, when you transition to a lifestyle change, you will be keeping a healthy metabolism by transitioning from the Ultra slim program to a Healthy Eating program. It will also help increase muscle mass and recovery from working out after the Ultra Slim program.

Lipo Lean Spray;

Lipo lean Spray helps stimulate the breakdown of fat (lipids) during metabolism. It also works to reduce excess fat in the liver and other tissues. The natural lipotropic nutrients can improve your ability to lose fat. By definition, a lipotropic substance decreases the deposit or speeds up, removing fat within the liver.

The liver is a complex organ, so keeping a healthy liver ensures a healthy body. The liver plays a significant role in human metabolism, including digestion, storage, and distribution of nutrients and detoxification of alcohol and other drugs and waste products. One way of doing this is to ensure that bile and fats do not become trapped in the liver. This can cause several different kinds of severe liver conditions.

Preparing for the diet

Mental Preparation

o We cannot stress enough the importance of preparing meals ahead of time.

o The number one way that cheating occurs is if you are stuck in a situation where it is time to eat and you do not have food readily available.

o Precook your meals, plan where you will be each day- work, school, out of town, etc. and pack your food with you.

o Remember, the program is only days, not months or years long- so stay focused and keep your eye on your goal.

Ultra Slim 30: PHASE ONE (FAT LOADING) GUIDE

Day 1 – Day 2 – Day 3

On your first day of taking the Lipo Lean 30 and Muscle Support, you start loading. You will load with fat for three days. This will prepare your body for the low calorie protocol to work successfully and reduce your hunger during Phase two. DO NOT think you will be getting a head start on your weight loss by not loading.

BREAKFAST (30 min after injection):

• 1 cup Bone broth

• Coffee or Green Tea with heavy whipping cream, butter, or any oil in it

• 1 cup whole milk

• 2-3 whole eggs (any form)

• Cheeses (cheddar, Gouda, pepper jack, Monterey jack, Colby, etc.)

• Meats (bacon, sausage, ham, salmon, turkey, etc.)

• Vegetables (especially avocado) with dressing

Ultra Slim 30 Phase Two – Low Calorie Background

For most people, the first week of the first phase is the most difficult. There may be a few days of transition hunger. The biggest mistake is to assume this part of the protocol is based on calories only. A pear has fewer calories than an apple, yet the pear conflicts with the Ultra Slim 30 and will stall fat loss if the pear is eaten. I do not suggest you try to make sense of why food is or is not on the protocol. It doesn’t make sense and unless you are willing to negate fat loss, we do not suggest you try food other than what is mentioned.

Ultra Slim 30 Phase Two (Low Calorie) Guide

Day 4 thru Day 30

Beverages:

⇨ Filtered or purified water (16 cups daily). Aim for pH > 8

⇨ Matcha Green Tea, Hibiscus, Dandelion Root/chicory Tea (coffee replacement) or any other herbal teas (unlimited). Optional decaffeinated coffee or black tea (Max 2 cups per day).

⇨ Juice from 1 lemon (1 daily).

Protein: 5 oz. per serving raw meat/seafood (2 servings/day). All visible fat removed before cooking

⇨ Lean beef (sirloin or round, or 96% hamburger), veal, boneless-skinless turkey or chicken breast

⇨ White fish, lobster, shrimp, scallops or crab

PHASE TWO – LOW CALORIE GUIDELINES

EXERCISE ON Ultra Slim 30

Do not start exercising on the first complete round of Ultra Slim 30. If you are already exercising before starting Ultra Slim 30 you may continue that regimen, but do not add different or additional exercise.

-Keep exercise to light Yoga, Pilates, walking, and light weight lifting. (Anything that gives the body the work it needs without increasing protein is acceptable.)

-Do not use exercise as a means to lose more weight. (Let the Ultra Slim 30 protocol work for you. Focusing on exercise as a healthy, stress relief activity is best, NOT a weight loss booster.)

PERSONAL PRODUCTS – Avoid all oil based make-up and skin moisturizers

Soap-

- Baking soda, Dial, Ivory, Zest. Look for soap without added moisturizers.

Sunscreen-

- Aveeno Oil Free Sunscreen, Coppertone Oil Free Sun

- Block Lotion for faces SPF 30, Coppertone Oil Free Sun

- Block Lotion (basically Oil-free all around)

Makeup-

- Most Makeups these days are not oil based and are perfectly okay to use.

- Avoid rubbing coconut oil on your entire body, stick to small dry patches, if necessary

Lotions and hair products-

- Okay to use. Choose products with quality ingredients during and after the Ultra Slim 30 protocol

***It is not necessary to buy these items to successfully lose weight.

Many people report good weight loss results while still using their regular products***

HOW TO BREAK A PLATEAU ON ULTRA SLIM 30

4 Day Plateau:

A Plateau lasts 4 days and frequently occurs during the second half of a full course. Those who are losing more than the average all have a plateau sooner or later. In such cases we consider it permissible to break the plateau with an “apple day.”

The Apple Day:

An apple day begins at your lunch time and continues through that day. It is one day only, after the apple day is up, go to bed and start the next day on the normal Ultra Slim 30 protocol. We do not recommend apple days more than once a week.

Patients are allowed six large apples and are told to eat one whenever they feel the desire, though six apples are the maximum allowed. During an apple day, no other food or liquids, except plain water, are allowed and with water they may only drink enough to quench an uncomfortable thirst if eating an apple still leaves them thirsty. Most patients feel no need for water and are quite happy with their six apples.

***It is useless to have an apple day unless the weight has been stationary for

at least four days without any dietary error having been committed***

Phase 3: Genetic Testing for Life and Health

• This phase starts 72 hours after you take your last drops

• The purpose of this maintenance phase is to maintain metabolic function and allow your body to reset to your new weight

• It is extremely important to be just as strict in this phase as you were in Phase 2 as rapid weight gains can occur during this time with deviations from diet.

• Your goal is to eat appropriate calories for your body to maintain your new weight set point (within 2 +/- pounds). Your diet should consist of a healthy balance of fruits, vegetables, and protein. Use a smart phone App or website to help calculate and track.

• NO bread, cereal, or pasta type carbohydrates or sugars should be consumed during this phase. Your carbs need to come from fruits and veggies ONLY. You should continue to weigh yourself daily and keep a record.

• High sugar/glycemic fruits are to be avoided.

• No Dried fruits.

• All starchy vegetables (potatoes, corn, pumpkin, acorn squash, carrots, beets, peas) should be avoided.

• Nuts and seeds are ok to resume (except NO peanuts or cashews).

• Dairy products contain a certain amount of natural sugars, which are ok in moderation, but products with ANY added sugar should be avoided. (Monitor weight closely with the addition of dairy).

• You should begin exercising more vigorously in this phase.

• Healthy oils may be added such as flax, extra virgin olive, and coconut oils.

• If more than 2 pounds are gained on any day during this phase a “steak day” should be done ON THE DAY THE GAIN IS NOTICED:

o Drink ½-1 gallon of water

o Consume zero (0) calories during the day.

o For dinner, consume a large unsalted steak with either an apple or a tomato (organic is best).

o The purpose of this is to draw the water weight that likely lead to a rapid increase in weight as a result of introduction of carbohydrates or excess calorie intake.

• Continue to use stevia as a natural sugar substitute and avoid all artificial sweeteners like Splenda and Aspartame (research has shown they promote insulin resistance and weight gain).

• Continue to avoid diet drinks and be sure to keep drinking plenty of fluids.

Ultra Slim 30 PROTOCOL FAQ’S

here are the answers to the most frequently asked questions about ULTRA SLIM 30 and the protocol. this information should help you get a complete understanding of the ULTRA SLIM 30 protocol and how it works.

If I choose not to follow the Low calorie Phase 2, what will my results be?

We cannot guarantee any weight loss results on Ultra Slim 30 without following the complete protocol (Phases 1, 2, & 3).

Will I gain the weight back when I stop Ultra Slim 30?

It is very important to walk through the steps to reset your hypothalamus when you take your last dose of Ultra Slim 30. Stay on the Phase 2 protocol for 3 days after you take your last dose of Ultra Slim 30. Over the next three weeks, do not eat any processed sugar or simple carbs. Weigh daily and if you go beyond 2 pounds above your stop weight, then skip breakfast and lunch, drinking plenty of water and for dinner eat 1 lean cut steak with an apple or raw tomato. The following day return to your normal diet.

What if I accidentally miss taking the drops?

You will be fine. Just resume as soon as possible. Do not double up on drops though.

Do I have to get all my food in?

Yes. For the best results, we advise all patients to follow the protocol exactly.

What do I do if I plateau for more than 4 days?

Medications that have been approved include Aspirin, Tylenol, and Ibuprofen. Otherwise, check with the prescribing provider.

What happens if I mess up and eat something I’m not supposed to?

Most likely, you will not lose weight that day. It is incredible how sensitive the diet is. If you eat too much you will most likely gain a little weight or may even stall your weight loss by 1-3 days. Whatever you do, don’t panic.

Do I have to do the loading days?

Yes. Following the loading days is VERY, VERY important, and HIGHLY recommended. It really is true that if you don’t load, you will most likely deal with extreme hunger and headaches during the first week that you otherwise might not have experienced.

ACV Salad Dressing

1/3 cup Apple Cider Vinegar

1/3 cup water

1 packet powdered stevia (sweet leaf brand)

1/8 tsp pink salt

1/8 tsp pepper

Strawberry Vinaigrette

*Be sure to calculate the calories in Strawberries into your allotted caloric intake*

6 Strawberries

1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar

1 tbsp fresh Lemon juice

Stevia to taste

Salt & pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth

Salsa

*Tomato can be counted as a vegetable or a fruit

1 tomato chopped

1 tbsp lime juice

¼ tsp oregano

2 fresh garlic cloves, crushed

1 tsp onion powder

Fresh chopped cilantro (amount as desired)

½ tsp pink salt

½ tsp black pepper

Combine all ingredients in a food processor to desired consistency

Taco Salad

3.5 oz. 93% Lean Ground Beef

1 slice Onion

2 tsp. Paprika

1 ½ tsp. Sea Salt

1 tsp. Onion Powder

1 tsp. Chili powder

1 ½ tsp. Cumin

½ tsp. Garlic Powder

Cayenne Pepper (optional to taste)

1 cup fresh lettuce

Combine onion, ground beef, and all seasonings together and cook seasoned meat and onion all the way through. Spoon it over spinach or wrap in a leaf of romaine for a lettuce wrap effect.

Blackened Chicken Seasoning

2 tsp. Paprika

1 tsp. Onion Powder

1 tsp. Garlic Powder

½ tsp. Red Pepper

½ tsp. White Pepper

½ tsp. Black Pepper

½ tsp. Sea Salt

½ tsp. Dried Thyme

½ tsp. Dried Oregano

Chili

3.5oz ground beef (95% lean)

¼ tsp garlic salt

2 tbsp minced onion

2 cloves garlic

1 cup chopped tomatoes or ½ can of diced tomatoes

1 cup water

¼ tsp chili powder

¼ tsp cumin

Garlic Marinated Grilled Chicken

2 boneless chicken breasts, butterflied and halved

1 tbsp whole grain mustard

1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1 tsp thyme

1 tsp oregano

1 tsp basil

Mix all spices together in large Ziploc bag with vinegar. Add chicken and shake to coat with marinade. Refrigerate 1-2 hrs. (Makes approx. 4 servings)

Shrimp Cocktail (sauce)

3.5 oz med or large shrimp

2 tbsp lemon juice

¼ lemon

1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar

¼ horseradish

¼ tsp mustard powder

2 oz tomato paste

Pink salt & pepper to taste

Honey Mustard Chicken Salad

5 oz chicken breasts

Juice from one lemon

Fresh basil (3 large leaves)

Fresh Cilantro (4-5 leaves)

Fresh dill (1 tsp)

Pink salt & pepper to taste

3.5oz Romaine lettuce leaves

½ cup yellow mustard

*Blend cooked chicken and all ingredients in food processer for a few seconds.

Honey Mustard Dressing (used with above recipe)

Mix about a ½ cup of yellow mustard with packet of stevia. Mix to taste. Add just enough water to give a dressing-like consistency. Pour chicken mixture over lettuce and add dressing.

Ketchup

3oz tomato paste

3 tbsp Apple cider vinegar

1 tbsp lemon juice

¼ celery salt

½ paprika

¼ mustard powder

¼ onion powder

¼ garlic powder

Stevia to taste

Oven Roasted Asparagus

One bunch Asparagus

3 Tbsp water

1 clove of minced garlic

1 tsp pink salt

1 Tbsp lemon juice

Black pepper

Coat asparagus in water and lemon juice, sprinkle with dry ingredients. Arrange in single layer on baking sheet and bake 12-15min @ 425 degrees.

Roasted Roma Tomatoes with Garlic

Desired quantity of plum tomatoes, halved

12 cloves Garlic, peeled not minced

½ cup fresh Basil leaves

Fresh ground Pepper & Pink Salt

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place tomato halves in a shallow baking dish so that they are snuggly side by side. Insert the cloves of garlic in between the tomatoes. Sprinkle dish with basil. Season with salt and pepper. Bake uncovered for 35-45 minutes or until tomatoes have softened, are sizzling, and with edges slightly charred

Cucumber Dill Salad

1 medium cucumber, sliced and quartered

1 tbsp vinegar

1 tsp dill

Black pepper and stevia to taste

Mix and coat. Serve cold.

Frozen Strawberry Slushy

1 cup crushed ice

5 fresh strawberries

1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Stevia to taste

Blend and Enjoy!

1/8 tsp cinnamon

1 tbsp lemon juice

1/8 tsp nutmeg

1/8 tsp vanilla

1 apple (peeled and sliced)
