So anticonvulsant medications are also recommended frequently. Gabapentin which I don’t find quite so useful, but pregabalin I found a little more useful in the patients chronically. And that is a drug that is recommended for fibromyalgia, but probably similar underlying pain mechanisms regardless with respect to the muscles or the joints. ................
