Shaw? of Memphis, was chosen temporary chairman, and J. l\L Shelton Secretary pro tem. The fol-

lowing members were appointed a committee on credentials: 'Villiam Butler, Esq., W. F. Ai1derson, R. M. Hanmer, C. l\f. Johnson, D. Anderson.
