Designed and developed a cost tracking system; conducted an audit of the cost accounting and data processing functions; served as facilitator for executive level strategic review meetings; chaired the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors.

Developed a system to more effectively distribute low-volume, high value inventory items to key customers.

Provided staff engineering support to the maintenance and process engineering departments; assisted in the design of a major expansion of the production facility; and conducted energy and cost saving audits.
