2020 Blessed Sacrament School Children's RaffleInformationFor $1 per ticket, your child can join the fun. This is a great way for our kids to participate in the activities for the 51st Annual Blessed Sacrament Auction! Each Child will receive 1 TICKET at no cost! Every child should return this form regardless!On the back of this sheet is your student's TICKET ORDER FORM. Please fill out how many tickets per item you are purchasing for your child in the first column next to the corresponding raffle item. Then fill out your child's name, room number and total number of tickets purchased. Order forms can be turned in starting Wednesday, October 7th.The last day to return Order Forms is Wednesday, October 14th! Return this sheet, and only this sheet, with payment in an envelope marked with your child’s name and room number back to school. (Checks made to Blessed Sacrament School...one check per family is accepted, but each student needs their own form). *All tickets must be purchased by an adult. No student will be allowed to purchase a ticket for any item unless denoted on this form by a parent or guardian. All raffle winnings/prizes cannot be replaced if lost and are for the intended use of the winner.Your student can keep the Raffle Booklet!!If you need another order form, one can be printed from the school website.Mrs. Klinner will draw all winners while being recorded! We will send the video to the classes for teachers to play at the end of the day on Friday, October 16th.Students will pick up their winnings in the gym at the end of the day.
