In Bridgewater, one finds the gravestones of Deacon Eleazer Carver, great grandson of Robert, and his wife and several other Carvers in an old cemetery about two blocks from the Town Hall. It is beside the present large edifice that houses the First Congregational Church of Bridgewater, founded when the Town was founded. ................
