There is no fee for this service; however, each agency is responsible for printing its own cards. When creating a victim information card, the CVJU will work with the department to ensure that the information presented is complete and accurate. The agency will have a chance to review and proof (multiple times). At the end of this process, the CVJU will send to the department a file ready to deliver to the printer. The CVJU creates new victim information cards for departments using a standard template (sample available on the OJP website). The CVJU also provides the content and sample victim card layouts in Word so agencies can create and their own cards.
