Simple Steps to Implement Balanced U:The Balanced U health & wellness program was created primarily for your resident dining locations and is intended to REPLACE the Balanced Choices program. Moving forward, Balanced U not Balanced Choices should be the only health and wellness program used in your resident dining venues. Please Note: Focus on getting all the concepts in place fully in your resident dining locations BEFORE trying to implement the program in catering or retail. You should continue to offer the Meeting Well program in catering and any ‘healthy’ options as identified through your retail programs.Sign Up for & Complete Framingham Nutrition Fundamentals for Balanced U Training online at .
