WEBINAR INSTRUCTIONSRegistration (The registration link will close one hour prior to webinar time)When you click on the registration link on the training calendar, please not only fill out the required info, but also provide the number of employees you are registering as well as their names. *Please note, each registration is unique to the email provided when you register. The link you receive after registration is unique to that email address, therefore, you cannot share links*. If you are an agency signing up multiple drivers, please make sure those drivers are all together to view the webinar from the link received in the email that was used for registration. If your drivers want to view the webinar on their own separate device, they will have to register under their individual email. Please do not submit multiple registrations. If you need to change a registration, please email rlovins@ and advise of the change. If you cannot attend the webinar, please cancel the registration. After you register, you will receive a confirmation email from GoToWebinar. This email spells out instructions on how to connect to the webinar. This email also lists a link for checking your system settings. GoToWebinar sends out reminder emails the day before the webinar and then an hour before webinar time. Please make sure you have enough connectivity on your end to handle viewing a webinar. If you have a slow internet connection, you will most likely have buffering/sound issues during the webinar. WebinarWhen ready to join the webinar, click on the link provided in your confirmation email and it will take you directly to GoToWebinar. Please make sure you are on time and do not join late. Once you are on GoToWebinar, please make sure you are connected to audio, either through your computer or by calling in with the dial-in information provided in your confirmation email. Please pay attention to the side control panel that you see during the webinar. This is where the moderator sends out messages and reminders. This is also where you submit questions. If there are any questions during the webinar regarding the key phrases or material presentation, please submit those questions DURING the webinar. Once the webinar ends, the key phrases will not be repeated. If you are experiencing any connectivity/audio issues, we must be informed DURING the webinar. Please do not wait until after the webinar ends or you try to take the test to inform us of any issues you experienced.Please pay attention to instructions provided during the webinar, as well as the instructions listed in the emails. Key PhrasesThere are 3 key phrases that will be announced during the webinar. The purpose of the key phrases is to ensure active participation during the webinar. All 3 key phrases must be answered correctly on the test. If all 3 key phrases are not answered correctly, the attendee will fail the test. TestAbout 15-20 minutes after the webinar ends, a test link will be emailed to those who attended the webinar. The test link will take you directly to Survey Monkey to complete the test. (There is no hard copy attachment, it is a link that must be clicked within the email). This test link stays open for 5 days. ALL test responses must be submitted within that 5-day period because the link will automatically close after 5 days. There are 15 test questions. A score of 80% or higher is required to pass this portion, which means no more than 3 questions can be missed in order to get a passing score. All 3 key phrases must be answered correctly to receive an overall passing score.Upon passing, a certificate valid for one year will be issued. If there was a test failure, the test results will be emailed to the individual/agency contact. The test is designed to loop back to the beginning after submitting test responses. Therefore, when the participant submits their answers, a thank you message appears and then the test will loop back to the beginning. After the 5-day testing period has expired, the trainer will grade all tests and then certificates will be issued to those who passed. *Please refer to these instructions before contacting our offices.
