Intro to OneNoteOnenote is divided into 4 sections:Notebook pane: notebooks you created, sections and section groupsSections and section groups: tabs at the topPage window: shows your workPage Panel: shows your pages in that sectionCreating a notebookOpen the OneNote program on your desktop.On the file tab, choose New.Select OneDrive-Central Bucks SchoolYou will need to name the notebook.Creating sections (think of these as chapters in a book)Right click on the New section 1 tab.Click rename and give it the name of your “chapter”The plus sign to the right of the tab is how you will add additional sections or chapters.After you create a section OneNote will automatically create an untitled page.To rename the page. Right click on the untitled page and select rename.To add additional pages click on the add page button.Creating section groupsTo create a section group right click on the section tab.Select “New Section Group” Enter a name for the group and click enter.Your next task is to move the sections you have already created into the section group you just created.Right click on a section that you want to move or copy.Select the section group you just created.You can also click on a section and drag it into the new section group.Creating PagesClick the add page button.Enter a page name in the text box.You can rearrange pages (move them higher or lower) by clicking and dragging them.Creating a New Sub pageRight click on a page and select make a subpage.Or you can click on the page and drag it to the right.Deleting pages/sectionsJust right click and select delete ................
